Shipping Time

The shipping times we quote are only estimates, not guarantees.  When it comes to order times we are depending on the factory, and freight carriers to provide us the estimated ship date.  Some carriers use third party carriers for some delivery locations, and are unable to provide exact tracking information that is common for small packages.  Please understand we are doing our best to ensure best deliveries suited for your products.  Delays may occur during busy seasons such as holidays or due to production delays.  Due to increased security by governments, customs delay may also occur, which is beyond our control.  Also note that some of our vendors are closed during the months of August and December, consequently all orders placed during this time period may delayed by at least a month.

Delivery

The products are well packaged and transit damage is rare, but it can occur. Goods should be unpacked and examined at the time of the delivery.
