CLAIMS POLICY FOR TRUCK DELIVERY BY PLYCON TRANSPORTATION GROUP
• If delivery is into a client’s home, transit damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Plycon has the option to repair or replace item.
• Loss of profit will not be reimbursed.
• Payment will not be made for "pair and set".
• Plycon only guarantees net replacement.
• If any furniture is pre-packed plycon will be responsible for the condition of the packaging. Any claims arising with pre-packaged items will not be paid unless the packaging shows mis-handling.
